Meet the People Behind Steele Charles
Founder & Managing Director
Liam has almost 15 years' experience recruiting across both the UK and North America. As founder, he is responsible for Steele Charles' unique philosophy and approach to business. In his capacity as Managing Director he still delivers consistent results for a varied client base. While Liam focuses primarily on Executive & Director level searches his experience allows him to deliver across all levels for clients when required.
Head of Manufacturing
Matt joined Steele Charles in early 2024 to manage a rapidly expanding client base. Coming from a big firm FMCG recruitment background with a degree in Law, Matt is ideally placed to serve our client base on both sides of the Atlantic. A big believer in the Steele Charles philosophy, Matt's talent for meaningful engagement with clients is a real strong point.
Student Business Intern
Lewis Veitch is a third-year student at Edinburgh Napier University currently completing an internship as an interim marketing manager, which began in February 2026. During this time, he has gained hands-on experience in areas such as social media management, content creation and digital campaign strategy. Lewis has developed strong skills in audience engagement, brand communication and data-driven marketing techniques. Eager to learn and grow, he is passionate about leveraging digital media to connect brands with their audiences and is actively building a solid foundation for a future career in marketing.
