Steele Charles was founded as a breakaway from the traditional feel of recruitment. The term "recruitment consultant" has become all but redundant in many large firm settings. Rather than consulting and seeking to add value, an inordinate focus is placed on chasing monthly sales targets, breeding transactional, short-sighted mindsets and behaviours.
